Alberta's 100 Great Kids will go down in history, after the unveiling of a special wall of honour. The display, sponsored by TransCanada Corporation to commemorate Alberta's centennial, is located in the Legislature pedway.

Each year, the Great Kids Awards honour outstanding children and youth who show generosity, compassion and a strong sense of spirit. They do great things everyday, for themselves and others - at home, at school and in their communities. Alberta has honoured 100 Great Kids across the province, since the program started in 2000.
TransCanada is a long-standing sponsor of the Great Kids Award, providing each recipient with a $500 education bursary.
