Free Access to Savings, Travel Packages and Holiday Ideas

A new promotion from Travel Alberta is giving you 100's of reasons to travel Alberta during 2005. The free Alberta Holiday Card gives cardholders exclusive access to holiday packages, discounts and holiday ideas and experiences.

Cards are being distributed in Travel Alberta's Hot Holidays Magazine to 800,000 households across Alberta. The magazine is arriving at doorsteps between April 10 and 15. Anyone from Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan who does not receive a card, can go to the Travel Alberta website after April 16th to order one free.

Once you register your Alberta Holiday Card and answer a few simple questions, Travel Alberta will use the information to identify the kind of holiday experiences you enjoy. To help you start planning the perfect vacation, Travel Alberta will send you information via e-mail with all the latest holiday packages and discounts. Information on how to subscribe or unsubscribe to this service is available on the website.

When you register your card, you will automatically be entered to win a Centennial Holiday of a Lifetime. Be one of seven lucky winners to choose their own Alberta holiday dream. The prizes include:

First: $10,000 in travel arrangements
Second: $5,000 in travel arrangements
Five third prize winners: $1,000 each in travel arrangements
